I went to Simon's with a lock set I took out of my bathroom door. The guy behind the counter told me that it was a nonstandard size and that I would need to spend $375 on a standard-sized lock set and have a contractor rework the door to accommodate the new hardware. Daunted by a $500+ undertaking, I decided to look elsewhere. Turns out my "nonstandard" lock set costs $20 at my local hardware store. I'll never trust Simon's again.
