I went to the ST.Charles location to get my hair colored and left upset. My stylist made my feel like it would be to much work for her to do what I wanted. I felt rushed. I wanted all over color and she said on all this hair you have alot of hair. If she doesnt want to deal with customers with alot of hair she needs to find a new profession. I felt like I wasted my money. I will NEVER go back to the ST.Charles location again.
