Spent $5000 for new hearing aids. Tried to get new appointtment to fix aids with hearing specialist after he adjusted aids, Front desk told me I had to see one of their MD's first. Didn't feel MD was required, fixed problem myself. Next time (June 2008, 6 Month check) hearing specialist fixed (?) aids.again. Few days later, Left aid not working, called for appointment to get it fixed, Ist call ""computers not working"". Called back 30 minutes later, Computers up and running. But placed on hold for aprox 10 minutes. Finally told that next appointent was in ten days. Unbelievable. Ten days to wait.. Note: Appointment was to fix problem that developed after ""fix"" a couple of days earlier.
