The employees are always rude. They turn off the A/C when it gets close to closing time to get you to leave. They will commit to have your order (like balloon bouquets) ready at a certain time & when you go back, they are not, & you have to wait 45 minutes while they get the order ready. The manager, in a dispute, will take the side of the employee against you, and accuse you of lying. They use price tags & not barcodes, so often things are not marked. When you check out, they just come up with a price, & there is no way for you to know if it is right or wrong. My sister and I have gone there for years cause there were no choices, and we agree that they are horrible. Now that Party City is here, I won't patronize Party Warehouse. One of the WORST stores in TOWN!!!!!
