Salon services basic, average, same as most basic salons. Very poor customer service. Staff rude. One beautician stated, ""I'm very busy so hurry up and tell me what you need,"" while trying to set up an appt. Staff excessively gossipy. Recommendation - with so many salons to choose from in Los Banos, choose one with friendly staff who are willing to provide good customer service.
