I have lived here for almost 1 yr. This is the worst experience I have ever had. The people in the office are not friendly and the maintenance is horrible. During the coldest months of the year (Dec., Jan., and Feb.) I was without heat. I contacted the office 6 times about the heater not working before they finally sent someone out. They told me that they needed a piece that took them over a month to get. My dishwasher was old and rusty when I moved in. They said they would replace it but it has not happened. When you try and speak with the office concerning matters, the only thing they have to say is some smart sarcastic remark. 90% of the time, there is no security nor is there a security officer on the premises. The exercise room is always filled with people from the streets either changing clothes or using the restrooms. I have had personal items stolen from me twice within 2 weeks while living there.I would not recommend these apartments to a dog let alone any human being. It doesn't deserve a rating but in order to post this I have to give it something.
Pros: l roof over your head
Cons: no parking, no security, no maintenance
