The managers at this establishment believe more in proving themselves "right" than providing their customers with a good experience.
We wanted to postpone our trip because of thunderstorms. Three people were deceased on Catalina Island because of bad weather the same day our trip was scheduled for.
The owners were completely unwilling to do anything about the bad weather and kept all of our money. They claimed the weather was "safe," although unpleasant. I am sure the pilot of the crashed helicopter that deceased three people also claimed it was "safe."

Cons: Take you money. Have crazy 7% "credit card fee."
