I?ve seen a significant change in the overall shape of my body since I started going to Rinaldi Pilates over a year ago. Pilates has also been extremely important in helping me stay in shape while I?ve been pregnant and physically prepare for delivery. Michele is a great instructor and unbelievably knowledgeable about how the human body works and her energetic personality makes our sessions go by in a flash! She tailors each session to meet my individual needs so I?ve seen and felt the results faster than with other types of exercise and no two sessions are ever the same. Rinaldi Pilates will definitely make you look and feel better!
