Utterly USELESS! I popped in to have my car looked at and because I couldn't leave the car (having no way home) they asked me to come back the next day at 8am. So sure enough - went to great trouble to be there AT 8am only to be told that they couldn't look at it and wouldn't be able to get to it until 10:30 or 11am. Why did he ask me to come at that time then?? So I asked if I could bring it back at 10:30am or 11am and wait while they had a look. For some reason this was a HUGE issue with them and they kept wanting me to leave the car. Well I simply couldn't do that = having no other way home and surely the whole point of arrving when THEY'VE told me to come is to have the car looked at. I just walked out without my car being seen, as obviously they arn't interested in having the business!!
Cons: GAVE ME THE COMPLETE RUN AROUND AND NEVER DID EVEN LOOK AT MY CAR!!
