Lon Smith Roofing Company re roofed my house. They punctured my A/C line and cost me $458.00. We asked them to please pay our A/C bill and they refused. Later they offered us half of the damages and we declined. They then told us we were in violation of city codes when no such code exists. They were rude and could care less that we had to sleep in 90 degree heat with 2 dogs. \r

We are going to medication with the Ft Worth BBB and possibly arbitration.
