The Due Maternity retail store is fine to deal with. Beware that the online store is not. They are happy to take your order/money but if there is an issue with the clothing they don't want to hear about it. They will just issue an online credit that cannot be used in the retail store. I found the online customer service not even willing to listen to me. I ordered a denim skirt using their sizing chart and it wouldn't even have fit me pre-pregnancy! With their lack of customer focus they've lost a customer in me.
