I would never use this facility again. When we dropped off 2 hides for tanning the estimated completion date was 4 months. After 14 months, several phone calls and getting the run around, we were told that one hide was lost/damaged and the other was available for pick up. When we arrived to pick up the completed hide we were told that they didn't have either one! Very poor business practice! Would not recommend to any of my friends/family!
