I haven't been here for a few years, so the bartenders may be different. But two female bartenders used to run a scam on guys at the bar. If they thought you were buzzed and you payed with a $20, they would short you $5 in your change pile. We caught on when we noticed a few guys would only keep just enough money for another beer on the bar, and we were shorted exactly $5 on two different occasions. We caught the bartender pulling the stunt the 2nd time. Two different bartenders making the same mistake, unlikely. We always tipped well, so they didn't have a reason to do this, other than greed.
