I was in the store getting a free sewing lesson from some very competent people when this woman came in demanding that they had not given her back her parts on a Miele Blue Moon repaired there for $300.00. This staff was so patient and kind to her, showing her where she had signed a receipt agreeing that only the cannister was brought in. They then offerred to give her, free of charge, a hose, powerhead and wands for her use. She refused, saying she would only accept new equipment. As a customer, I felt she was trying to extort free merchandise from these good, helpful people. I have always had a good experience dealing with this store and its employees.
