First of all I am Gary Ogles wife and the lady making these claims is doing so because we are in litigation with her shes making them all over the internet because of the simple fact she could not afford to pay her bill to any of the vendors at her reception so she chose to pass bad checks and is being sued b/c of it Gary Ogle has owned the Lordlindsey for 6 years and was the executive chef and partner for years before that she chose not to use her name b/c shes also being sued for slander I spoke with the Knox co. health dpt and they said they had not said anything pertaining to this and would contact her telling her not to represent them with false statements either . Our newest permit she speaks of is our newest property a cafe in our home town we have always possessed a catering buss. liscense and dont need one in ea. county for anyone in bussiness Im sure they are aware of this As far as the Mansion THAT WAS A VENUE TO US that we were the preferred caterer at as we are at alot of properties Feel free to contact us for a list of references from over the last few months as well as the last 6 years This bad publicity shes trying to cause even going to the extreme as using other names to write bad reviews is unfortunately her being embarrassed she couldnt pay her bill because ahe started doing it when she got the letter from our attorney you would think maybe she should be enjoying her newly wed status or trying to find a job to pay her outstanding debts.
