I went to the Red Door Spa for a Brazilian wax. This was my first time to get a wax there, I went because they were running a special during spa week and it is 5 minutes from work. So, I went on my lunch break and 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start, Shilpa took me back to get started. Let's just say the wax did not fit the criteria of a Brazilian and was the worst wax I have ever had (a friend of mine used to work there and said this is common because they hate doing Brazilians) I was already running late for work and didn't have time to deal with her incompetence. So the next day I called and spoke to the assistant manager Stephanie. She apologized and said they need to get me right back in there to fix it. I declined, because I did not have time and the next day my skin was still burning. I'm pretty sure that is not normal. She said she could not give me my money back but would see what she could do and would call me back that night. Two days later I called her and she said she could give me a discount on a service. She said she would call me back to schedule something. I am still waiting on the call...
Cons: Bad customer service, did not get the spa service I requested
