I was overcharged by $20 bucks, eventhough I picked him up within the 8 hour period. The lady gave me a receipt for a $20 dollar credit. When I attempted to receive my credit a few weeks later, the lady said that it was not on file anymore. Therefore, I have been stiffed out of $20 bucks and my child ended up with a severe diaper rash...which he's never had in 14 months of his life. TWO THUMBS DOWN!!!
