Didn't show up. Had an appt scheduled 1 week in advance, took the day off work (live alone). Had an appt for the ""AM"". Called Stott around 11:30 am, receptionist was friendly, but sounded panicked, explained that it would be another hour. I said that this was fine (bugged, but not ready to give up yet). Called her back around 1:30pm to see where the technician was. Did not answer the phone until around 2pm after trying 2-3 times. Decided to use *67 on my phone to delist my number. She answered on the 2nd ring. She explained that they would need to reschedule. I missed 2 client meetings to get the work done on my house.
