I called Watkins on May 29 to order flowers for delivery on June 4. I was assured that this was no problem and spent considerable time discussing the kinds of flowers for the arrangement and also the reason for the delivery being Monday for a friend opening a new office and Monday being the exact day for delivery. The flowers were not delivered and Watkins said ""we over looked your order and are really sorry"", then offered to add a few extra flowers to the arrangement and deliver on Tuesday. They called me at 4:59 PM on June 4 to tell me this so was too late to have anyone else get them out today. This was infuriating and unnecessary since they had the order for 6 days. They could have offered to deliver the flowers for FREE on Tuesday, but to offer a few extra flowers is insultling. I have called Fallons and am told that they will deliver flowers to my friend on Tuesday, but sadly I have missed the fun of getting the flowers delivered on the first day in the new office. I would NOT recommend this florist to anyone!
