But, after getting my estimate from B&B, which was a full $100 less than the average estimate from the other shops, I decided to give B&B a chance, especially after speaking to Robert about my concerns from reading these reviews.\r

While the replacement job took a little longer than initially quoted (my car was ready the next morning), it wasn't B&B's fault. The bumper that they had ordered from the manufacturer had a gash in it when it arrived, so they wanted to wait for a new, non-defective one.\r

They even had someone (Jesse) take me to and from my apartment, as a free courtesy.\r

The work done was great, and they even reduced their their estimate $40 for the extra morning, even though they didn't have to (again, wasn't their fault). I'll definitely take my car to them for any future body work.
Pros: Honest, eagern to satisfy, genuinely concerned about quality, courtesy shuttling to and from their shop
