My experience at this spa was appalling. My husband got me an expensive spa package to celebrate the birth of our second child. He was told upon purchase that I would be treated like a queen for a day. Not for a minute! \r

My ""60-minute massage"" was a 45-minute sort of ""rub-down"" experience that my 10-year-old niece could have performed better. I think the masseuse took a week-long training class in massage therapy. She was clearly bored by the whole thing. \r

The body wrap was even worse, given to me by a woman who didn't have a clue what she was doing. It was cold, claustrophobic, and not the least bit soothing! The experience was neither enjoyable nor relaxing. The woman basically just bounced between me and her other clients. She was actually trying to be nice, but couldn't manage her task.\r

Overall, the people were not unfriendly, but nothing worked for me. The space was lit with fluorescent lights, there was minimal ambience, the staff seemed unenthusiastic, and the prices were high. \r

I'd give this place a miss until they make some efforts toward improvement!
Pros: none I can think of - decent magazine selection?
Cons: uncomfortable body wrap, weak massage, run-down environment
