I was shocked to see such a poor review of Victoria & Albert. I have been going there for a couple of years now and have had nothing but fantastic hair. My usual stylist is Nina, this wonderful British girl with the cutest accent and a ton of talent. She always takes the time to discuss options (im pretty fussy) and be honest with me about what will work and what won't. I trust her as a professional and the results are always great and consistent. I have many friends who also go to Nina and a couple of other stylists there, and have heard nothing but positive comments. As far as prices go they are comparable to most high end salons in the area, I have paid more else where.\r
The reception area seems like it gets a little crazy when they are busy, but nothing that has upset my visit. All in all I love my hair, I recommend my stylist and the salon to all my friends and would to anyone.
Pros: attractive salon, massage chairs, professional
Cons: none really, but maybe quicker check out at reception
