Dr. Markos has a rich background in wellness-related disciplines, including massage therapy, rehabilitation, developmental physical education, and chiropractic care. She brings all of this to her practice. I saw her during both of my pregnancies. During my second pregnancy, in particular, I had a lot of issues with my sacrum and pelvis and her adjustments made a world of difference, particularly during the third trimester. The biggest help was post-partum. After my natural homebirth, I went to Dr. Markos and she realigned my pelvic bones and brought me such relief! I highly recommend seeing Dr. Markos during pregnancy and the postpartum weeks. My husband and I both continue to see Dr. Markos, and she cares for our 2 year old and newborn as well!
