I went in to Ritual with splotchy, uneven dark black hair and walked out with beautiful natural looking blond hair. Venus was great, she really knew what she was doing, and the whole staff made you feel comfertable. I wasn't sure if my hair was even fixable, after years of abuse to it, but she as able to make it look better then I thought was possible. She might be a genius.
Pros: Great staff, very professional, great ambiance.
Cons: Little far out (I live in SE Portland), but totaly worth it.
