Never order anything from them. The customer service is the worst I've seen of any company, it's almost criminal. You place an order, you get charged, an email states your order will ship soon...but it never does. I've written so many emails and complaints and I get no response at all. You can do a google search for ""toys n joys complaints"" and you'll find out what I mean. They seem to stock some hard to find items, but the truth is they don't have it in stock but will readily charge you for it.
