Paladar is horrible. If you're looking for a place where trendy wannabe's go to the LES, you've found your spot. If you're looking for good food, try Sombrero accross the street. Sombrero= Authentic + Wonderful fun staff Paladar = Simulacra + Obnoxious "owner".
