I used to use this cab company for business by calling the night before to schedule early AM pickups for trips to the airport. For the first five or so times that I used this company, they showed up promptly (at or before the scheduled time). However, I noticed things starting to slip with their service when one time they were about 10 minutes late (by then I was getting nervous and a call to customer service assured me a cab was on its way). This should have been a warning, for the next time I used this cab company, I scheduled a pickup the night before and they never showed up the next morning!! This was a complete disaster since I had a flight to catch. They did call (five minutes after the scheduled pickup time) to say they were unable to provide me with a cab. What kind of service is this?? Why even offer a reservation system if you can't deliver?? I had to drag my luggage through snow to a busy intersection and then spend 30 minutes of precious time hailing a cab on my own. Never again will I call this cab company for a reservation. Horrible service!!
