I scheduled a ""Pampering Spa Facial,"" and every step--from the reminder call through to the thank you postcard--was courteous and professional. And the facial was AMAZING! I was incredibly relaxed when I left, and my skin looks better than it has in ages. I also purchased several skin care and cosmetic products--all high quality and very reasonably priced.
