First off... I do not like sushi! But most of my friends do so I have eaten at many around town, and I really like Sushi Wave! They offer a variety of other choices besides sushi that are very good. The value is exceptional and the location is fabulous for those of us Centennial dwellers. The service is always good (although we do go there quite often, the server never really acknowledges that he remembers us!?!), and from what my friends tell me, the sushi is quite good, if raw fish and seaweed, garnished with fish eggs is your thing! I usually get a tempura dinner or multiple appetizers, and my friends get the different ""wave"" options on the menu (different types all for a good price). The presentation is very good too - especially their caterpillar roll and volcano presentation. Overall, highly recommended for both sushi lovers and their non-sushi friends alike!
Pros: good sushi and alternate dishes, great value
Cons: not outstanding service, but not bad service either
