My hair is curly and thick, and it's always been hard to find stylists who don't seem afraid to deal with it. But, Charlie was recommended to me, and I've been going back for about a year. My first cut with Charlie: He saved me from a mullet...A curly mullet my last 'stylist' gave me! He found a really cute, short style for my hair, and now he does my highlites, too!
Charlie is the ONLY stylist I've ever been to that will actually _tell you his opinion!_ I've asked before, "what would look good on me...Long? Bangs? Layers?" etc., and the stylist just freezes up- afraid to give an answer. Not Charlie, though! Which I think is a _very_ good thing!
My hair looked so good after Charlie cut it, both my mom and sister started going to him. Charlie even came out, on location, to my sister's wedding in Manor at 9am to do our hair! He styled my sister's short hair and put mine in a loosely-curled updo.
Charlie's the best!
