I was referred to S/M Apollo Auto Repair from somebody that knew I needed work on my car. First time there. Took car in. Had new engine and radiator installed. Went to pick up car. Car was 4.1L and is now 4.5L. Saw that hood ornament was stolen off car. Cassette tapes were taken from car. New radiator was NOT installed. Had to leave car and pick up another time. Went to pick car up again. Drove car to work and the speedometer was not working. Saw another problem. New belt was the OLD belt and was torn. Asked if it was new and was told yes. WAS NOT NEW. Had to leave car again. Today I went to pick up the car. The hood was up and I could see that the torn belt was not changed. Had to point it out. Then he came out of the office with a hood emblem in his hand. I looked at it and saw that it was the one that was taken off of the car from the very beginning. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP FOR AUTO REAPIR UNLESS YOU ARE ARMENIAN ONLY. I saw that the Armenian Customers were treated better and I was left on the sidelines to get good service. They didn't ever present me with a washed car, and they could have washed it for they had the means. I was also given the run around and they cashed the check of $1400.00 before the work was completed to my satisfaction. When they replaced the engine, they didn't even put new clean oil in the engine. It's black and dirty. THUMBS DOWN!!!!!
