I have never had worse treatment than the treatment I have received from SLBM. I was sold a vehicle that has a ton of things wrong with it and I was told it was still under factory warranty and it's not. They are not willing to fix the vehicle unless I want to pay the $2500 it's going to cost. They told me it was unsafe to drive but would not give me a loaner car, they simply told me to ""drive safe"" and ""be careful"". This car is only a year old, these people are unbelievable...especially being a woman..they are all jerks to deal with. Absolutely NO satisfaction.
Pros: NOTHING.
Cons: You will get no help if something goes wrong with your vehicle, even if you have a warranty.
