After admitting responsibility and promise of reimbursement for irreparably damaging our handcrafted garment, repeatedly passing us off to different employees throughout a six-month debacle of dozens of attempts to collect, not one single returned phone call, employees with attitudes and an owner who refuses to resolve customer disputes, we finally received our reimbursement check. Customer service at it's worst.
