I've taken my dog here twice. This clinic should only be used in emergency and usually just so your pet can be stabilized until you can get them to their usual vet. If you can wait until the morning, don't go here. The first time I took my dog here she had a really bizarre infection and a high fever. They put her on IV fluids and antibiotics until I could take her to her regular vet the next morning. If they hadn't been available my dog could have been in really bad shape with permanent damage. I took her there again when an unnoticed wound on her inner thigh got severely infected. It's a good resource. They are a bit cranky, but I have found that if I am patient and pro-active I will be treated well. I'm sure they get a lot of hysterical people who are difficult to deal with, so they appreciate it when you are calm and give a clear explanation of what happened.
