I needed a simple dryer part...they were great on the phone when I called to see if they had it (said it didnt matter what brand I had, they were all the same). They were extremely slow when I got there (should have been in and out) and rude when they gave me the obviously wrong part) in the store and I pointed it out it was for a range not a dryer! Then still sent me away with the wrong part. When I had to make another trip (wasting my time) to return the part I was questioned on whether I used it, had to wait a week for the refund AND was charged a 20% "restock" charge. Obviously not going back again...got the RIGHT part the first time at Reliable Parts up the street. Cons: Slow, rude, gave me the wrong part more
