I purchased on July 10th, and it is AUg 28th and I still don't have my blinds or my money.\r

I called the day after I put down my $1600 deposit and told them I wwanted to cancel, and I all I got was a sales pitch.\r

After a couple more sales calls and numerous conversations, I am still not sold, and I want my money back. I fear that I could be heading to small claims court as well.\r

I have done business with this company in the past and had success, but this time it was not pleasant. \r

Word to the wise.. Once they have made the sale, you are at their mercy.\r
