Service poor, bathrooms are worse than any I have ever seen. People seem incredibly uptight. When trying to buy bulk fabric there was no attendant around. I spotted a small bell on the counter with a sign that said ""ring for service"" I rang it once. the attendant came huffing around the corner, like I completly ruined her day. when I asked if I did something wrong, her reply was ""we don't like it when we hear that bell"".
Pros: only affordable department store near Brattleboro
Cons: Nasty bathrooms, customer service null, long lines
