This was one of the worst customer service exerpiences of my life. I took my vehicle to Collision Works based on a recommendation from my insurance compay. First, the estimate was reasonable. Now the managing staff says the estimate is wrong. Don't be fooled by their website. Here is what it says ""The Collision Repair process is very complicated. Not only are the repairs technical in nature, but often delays happen before the repairs can even start. Remember, at CollisionWorks, you hear from us four times during the repair process"". I never heard from them. My estimate was for 5 days work, I had to call them at day 5 to find out that they did not have a status. The staff was very rude when I asked for a status, and the staff manager was just as bad. Do not recommend this to anyone.\r
