Don't be fooled by the nice interior of Collision Works. When the passenger side of my car was hit, I went out to look at the car and was told all the wonderful things they could do for it. They sent an estimate to the insurance company saying it was on the DRIVER'S SIDE, which the insurance company approved b/c they didn't loook quite closely enough. They wrote up a $22,000 estimate for a side of the car that had no damages and then supposedly ""fixed"" it. When asked why they did this by the insurance company, they told them that I had asked for an estimate for the wrong side of the car even though I reviewed with a manager what could be fixed AND before and after photos showed there was nothing wrong with the drivers side. They are liars..
