I was with Orkin for a couple years at two different locations (my home and my business) and had the same problems at both; poor customer service, no show/lack of response, and the problems actually got worse while I was on service due to the fact that the inside of each location was only being treated ""if I requested it"" and I never saw the technician to tell him about the problems - I just had a ticket slipped under my door every time he came out to take a quick 10 minute walk around the property for $100. I couldn't be happier now - my pest problems are taken care of and I am completely confident in my new companies abilities now that I am pest free at both locations.
Cons: EXPENSIVE, UNRELIABLE, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
