As you can see it was last reviewed in 2004 and I agree at that time Bill & Beas offered old fashioned burgers with a freindly smile, but boy have things changed. What was Bill & Beas is now a relic of the past. The staff is rude and you can tell they feel it is a punishment to work there. The burgers have come out smashed flat, over cooked, cold or smoothered in sauces until you have to fish out the burger. The fries are cold and lifeless. At over $25.00 for burger baskets and drinks for 4, you should expect more. Don't try to complain, the staff will just tell you off!
Cons: over priced, poor quality, no customer service
