I purchased a commercial grade vinyl composition tile floor and set up installation after Carpet Giants bid was less than other places. Once they came to install I was told the plywood subfloor was unsuitable and it would be $2,400 more than the bid. Despite paying for a new subfloor, the installation was poor. Numerous phone calls were made as well as having to go down there is person and to raise cane. Each time I was lied to and promised someone would be out. Finally after several weeks of the run-around someone came and looked at it, but even after a month I still cannot get them to come out and correct the problem, even after admitting the installation was not done properly.
