My impression of Spoga was what a number of people confirmed to me. The facility is one big child care facility with no direction, lack of equipment (poor quality), unclean bathrooms, improper trained employees, and one big click. If you are not one of the snobby ?Spoga? people than you will be happy there or fit in. My wife felt like she was not welcome and stopped going after one of the instructors would not help her set the spin bike up properly. In short, too many free running children, unclean, cliquish owners and staff. We found a great home at North Cypress Fitness.
Cons: No parking, dirty, torn carpet, unkept, and poor quality equipment
