Kaeser Electric added 90 minutes of travel time to my bill as part of their labor cost. When I called to discuss this with Mr. Kaeser, I was told it was ""fair"" and that there was nothing I could do about it. He then hung-up on me. Cons: Customer service is nonexistent. more
