I lived in Wellington Place for a year and I loved every minute of it. The complex was always very clean and well lit. Being a single female, I always felt safe coming home, even at night. The carpet in the hallway was cleaned frequently, the landscaping was beautiful, and the apartment itself had top notch fixtures, high ceilings, and lots of natural light. The office staff was always helpful, especially Krista. The maintainence team was the best, even during the one time I needed them at 2am during the winter! The location is great, being nestled between 96th and 116th streets. I could get to major shopping within 10 minutes and downtown Indianapolis in less than 25 minutes. I can't say enough great things about this property. If I ever move back to Fishers, I'd be at Wellington in a heartbeat!
