sparkys has poor management. have no control over there drivers. being a 24 hour establishment, but selective about deliveries with ""delivery area"". i have had many mishaps withh robert, night manager. i wwork in a hospital. i frequently ordder for a large group of my staff. i had arranged for deliveries with one manager. we are a large group, and tip very well. after several situations with mr. robert, will never eat there again, this includes from my home.. there is nothing worse than, a hungry staff finding out NO FOOD is coming an hour after the order was placed, and all of our other restaurants are closed.
