I had a bad experience with Lenox Limo. I was the meeting planner on a very important analyst meeting for a $1.5 billion company. I scheduled Lenox Limo to pick up 15 people from a hotel and deliver them to a restaurant. #1, I asked for a van and they showed up with a GREYHOUND BUS, #2, they past the restaurant and ended up being 30 minutes late to the dinner. I spoke to the owner of the company and explained my unhappiness and he didn't even offer a discount on the rate for the mistakes they made. I would recommend using caution when using with these folks.
