Although her bags are vibrant and innovative the customer service is lackluster. The store lets you order customized bags and promises a week and a half turnaround but don't be fooled. I ordered a back 3.5 weeks ago and still have heard nothing about it. I have stopped by the store once (after 2 weeks) and called twice to check on the progress and still have gotten empty promises ranging from a couple of days to ""it will be in today."" All were untrue. Not only have I gotten the run around but I have received no apologies or reasons for the hold up on the bag. Do not go there for a personable shopping experience and do not be tempted to customize your own bag. It is totally not worth it!!!
