I love my hair, Richie totally listened to want I wanted and pulled it off. I had a drabby brown with no pop to it, now I have a beautiful brown with shine and richness to it. I love the cut, I brought in a picture of Lisa Reynolds no problem. If you don't want to be disappointed go see Richie.
