Firestone is slow in its work. They say it should be done in an hour and six hours later you are still waiting. I've tried them twice and each time it is the same. Also after they do work things break down the next day and the feeling is they do this to get you back in. Of course when you go back and wait hours for them to look at your car it is never their fault. I have also known people who had to fight to get the charges off their credit card because firestone could not repair the problem. They are also very expensive.
